Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Seller Tracker, the website and service available at sellertracker.net ("Seller Tracker", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Seller Tracker is a tool for tracking retail purchases, costs and gift card balances. It is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes. We do not provide financial, tax or legal advice, and you are responsible for verifying any figures before relying on them.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- One person per account. You may not share an account or sell access to it.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.
3. Free trial and subscriptions
- New accounts receive a free trial of 7 days. No payment method is required for the trial. When the trial ends, access to the service is locked until you subscribe. Your data is kept and you may export your gift cards from the lock screen.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor Stripe. Prices are shown on the upgrade page and may change with notice; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Promotional codes apply only as described when offered, are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise, and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Refunds: if something is wrong with the service, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we will work with you. Otherwise payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
4. Referral program
Participation in the referral program is by invitation. If enabled on your account, you may earn a commission, at a rate we set, on payments made by customers who sign up with your code. Commissions are tracked in your Referrals tab and paid out by us on a schedule and method we determine. We may adjust rates, decline commissions that result from self-referrals, fraud or abuse, and end the program or your participation at any time. You may not advertise Seller Tracker in a misleading way or in spam.
5. Your data
- You own the order information, screenshots and other content you add. You grant us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
- Gift card details you enter (store, balance, number, PIN, notes) are stored with your account so they are available on any device. You can export them at any time, and they are deleted with your account.
- Screenshots you upload are sent to an AI provider to extract order details, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You can export your orders at any time while your account is active and can ask us to delete your account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the service's operation, reverse engineering it, uploading unlawful content, or using automated tools to overload it.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller Tracker is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Sections 5, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Seller Tracker operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use after the change means you accept it.
